The .008″/.20mm nozzle is the next smallest standard nozzle orifice available. At 1,000 psi, the mean diameter of the droplets of this size orifice is 12.7μ with droplets ranging from 1.4μ to 37.9μ with a spray diameter of between 60 degrees and 65 degrees. The .008″/.20mm misting nozzle is ideal for applications requiring low flow with small droplet size and limited moisture. It is most commonly used for humidification and cooling applications. This nozzle is not designed to be used at pressures below 250 psi.
